XenoClean (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a device-cleaning application designed to help users identify and remove unnecessary files such as advertisement caches, outdated APKs, residual data, and temporary data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, how your rights are protected, and how you may exercise those rights. This document also includes our End User License Agreement (EULA).

through this App.

2.1 Data Processed Locally (Not Transmitted)
The following categories of data are processed only on your device and are never uploaded, stored, transmitted, or shared with any external server:
- File system information for scanning and cleaning
- Cache files and temporary files
- Residual APKs and unused data
- Storage size and space usage statistics
These items are handled 100% locally, solely for the operation of the App.
3. Data We May Collect via Third-Party Services
Although XenoClean does not upload or sell personal data, we may use third-party service providers for attribution, analytics, crash reporting, and performance improvement. These may include:
- Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase
- Attribution Platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
- Data Analytics Platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
3.1 Information Collected by Third-Party Platforms
These platforms may collect certain technical or diagnostic information, including:
- Device type and model
- OS version
- App version
- Installation source
- Session duration
- Crash logs
- Engagement metrics
This data is typically aggregated and does not identify you
personally.
All data collection under these third-party platforms follows their
own privacy policies.
4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
We process personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
- Legitimate Interest: To ensure app functionality, prevent crashes, and improve performance.
- User Consent: For analytics, attribution, or any processing activities requiring explicit consent.

- To integrated third-party partners (Firebase, analytics providers) for app performance and attribution.
- When required to comply with legal obligations.
We clearly state that we do not share data with advertisers or marketing agencies.
5.2 Data Selling
XenoClean does NOT sell personal data—including for targeted advertising or commercial exchange—under any circumstances.

Even though we do not sell personal data, you may request:

- That we disable analytics and tracking features.

7. Data Retention
7.1 Local Data on Your Device
All scanned and cleaned data is processed in real time and never
retained after deletion.
The App does not create permanent logs of your file structure or file
content.
7.2 Third-Party Platform Data
Analytics and attribution data may be retained by third-party
providers for 6–24 months, depending on their policies.
Retention is solely for app performance, crash analysis, and lawful
reporting.
You may request deletion of this data through the DPO.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under the age required by applicable laws. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information. However, no digital system is completely risk-free.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
11. End User License Agreement (EULA)
11.1 License Grant
XenoClean grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the App on your personal device
- Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
11.2 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes
- Sell, sublicense, or distribute the App or its components
11.3 Ownership
XenoClean retains all rights, titles, and interests in the App, including software, UI design, trademarks, and content.
11.4 Termination
We may terminate this license if:
- You violate this EULA
- You misuse or modify the App
- The App is discontinued
Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall the App.
11.5 Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Continuous availability or error-free operation
11.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XenoClean is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Device issues caused by user actions
- Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
